JAJAH: New week, One old bug fixed and Still can not make any mobile phone call

1. New week: The Fair Use policy in this account is remain 150 minutes a week.

2. One old bug fixed: "JAJAH: FREE call limit exceeded???" since 2007/6/9.

3. Still can NOT make ANY mobile phone call in Taiwan. Without any notice, JAJAH suddenly STOP mobile phone call service in Taiwan since 2007/6/7.
